Kit pre-preparations
1. Add 16 ml of 100% ethanol (not provided) to the WB before using them for the first time.
2. Reconstitute RNase before using for the first time: Transfer the entire RNase buffer solution into RNase powder (amber colored bottle), mix well by pipetting and store at -20°C.
